Overeducation a Problem?
An overeducated workforce results in a service economy which is fine, but requires heavy immigration and a substantial lower class that can perform duties the educated shouldn't be doing. Also, should an international crisis occur, and a "world-war" scenario happen, a service economy will suffer in relation to an industrial economy that produces its own goods, rather than the service economy which will be heavily dependent on trade.
